Domestic Shipping
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for all domestic orders within the United States.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
International Shipping

- All international orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
International Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for international shipping is 7-21 business days after your order has been processed, depending on the destination country.
- Please note that customs delays can occasionally occur, which may affect delivery times.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Julie Kretzmer Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
Damages and Lost Packages
- Julie Kretzmer Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
